    Calves

    Started doing Calves 3x per week. Heavy, ony 10-12 reps. Trying out something new per Quincy.

    How many times do you guys hit calves and how many exercises do you do?
    do you hit calves on leg day or not?

    I do my calves on my shoulder day, coz if I do it on a leg day I can't barely walk! hehe...

    I'm doing seated calf raises and standing calf raises 3 sets each 12 reps...

    i do them every other workout day. i vary it...heavy, light, extremely high reps, low reps....anything to try and make them grow

    Yeah, thats what I am starting to do right now. EOD something different. We'll see how it works out.
