What are some exercises that you guys do which you think have helped you the most in back growth. list your routine..
I did back today and this is what I did:
4 sets reverse grip Bend over Barbell rows 12-15 reps
3 sets normal grip bend over barbell rows 10 reps
4 sets wide grip pull ups 10 reps
4 set dumbbell rows
How do you guys feel about mixing either triceps or biceps with back?
