    whats supps do u guys use? what works well for u ? do any of u have questions about supplments ?

    Omega-3 fish oil
    Corral calcium
    Potassium
    Primose oil
    Juice Plus+

    That's pretty much it.

    I used to take a butt load of supps in the past but overall found it to be a huge waste of money. There simply are not too many things you need to take IMO.

    L-glutamine couple times aday. Lots of Protein powders.

    Right now, for contest prep, I am taking glutamine and BCAA's regularly, ZMA before bed every night, protein powder, and a variety of fat burners.

    just about everything above except for fat burners and omega 3 since i eat salmon more times in one week then most of you do in a year.
