put in a large pot filled with water
bring to a low boil, remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp.
remove from water and package in single serving tupperware with greenbeans
gives you 32 meals...
yea, it's bland, but it works..
each can have a different low sodium, no sugar flavor added as each meal is consumed, that way you won't become too bored with the taste..
