    Chicken for the week

    32 8oz chicken breast I get mine at Sam's club

    put in a large pot filled with water

    bring to a low boil, remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp.

    remove from water and package in single serving tupperware with greenbeans

    gives you 32 meals...

    yea, it's bland, but it works..

    each can have a different low sodium, no sugar flavor added as each meal is consumed, that way you won't become too bored with the taste..

    I always bvake or bbq mine.

    Brown rice, and chicken with campbells low sodium no fat cream of mushroom soup. Makes chicken really easy to eat. Tastes great also.

    i always have brown rice with mine as well and either throw a little bbq sauce on or some red hot

    Smother hot sauce on chicken, it burns your mouth so you can't taste the blandness.

    I like to smother mine in lemon pepper and bake it. I usually spend most of the day Sunday cooking up stuff for the week.
