Great question, it is all in the elbows. Your elbows should stay at shoulder level with arms fully extended out to your side. Really look at yourself and be sure not to drop your elbow, lighten the weight. The ELBOW MUST STAY STRAIGHT. Bring the weight down to your chin with the straight bar and not your chest.
