Hello everyone...
I am new to the bodybuilding world even though I have been dating a guy who has been in this industry for over 2 yrs now. I just became a member at a gym close by and can't wait to start seeing some changes. I am 5'4 about 112 lbs. I have never worked out with weights before I have only done classes. Do you think I will benefit and see a change in my body faster since I have never worked out with weights. Just wondering would like to hear what you think or suggest. Thanks![]()
