    do you feel protein before bed when cutting is benifical and if so what kind? also do you reccomend waking up halfway thru the night and having a protein shake? my goal is to cut but retain as much muscle as i possibly can. thanks for any help you can throw my way

    Protein before bed works great what kind depends on you.Getting up in the night tough one depends on if you can. But it does help
