Good luck with the recovery and the comeback. Took me a year to recover from a motor cycle accident, back and neck but i am proof that there is life after injury.

At my weakest and sickest point I was about 120-125lb at 5'8"ish. That was in febuary. Im at 160lb right now 8%BF. I just started a clean bulking diet and am training pretty hard right now. Hoping for a good lean 15 lb bulk in the next couple months.

I know what it feels like to go through physical threapy, and make a comeback. I shattered my patella into 6 pieces 14 months ago. Still have 4 screws in there, but they should be taken out within 6 months.

but stuck with it, started bodybuilding and got up to a lean 211 naturally..
