Hi guys i was wandering if anyone could help me with my problem. When i dont have a shake for more then 2 or 3 hours my arms and calves start to ache and seem to be losing fullness. I am 190lbs right now but i still need to get shredded yet, im mild but not where i want to be. Im taking whey protien and pro complex from optimum nutrition. This problem has been around since i weighed 150lbs, idk if its a lack of water or protein or creatine or something. So please help!!!
