Well I started hitting up the gym with my Muscle Head Brother back on the 1st of December and have not stopped since. I was going to the gym 3 days a week hitting everything but back and legs. I now go four days a week and workout back and legs.

Starting Stats: 210 lbs. 28% Body Fat
Currently: 184 lbs. 20.5% Body Fat
My Strength has doubled in most areas.

I do notice my muscles are hardening however my brother told me if I really wanted to see some serious results it was time for supplements and eating right. So I decided to go for it and I am on day 3 of the begginer diet program. I am always stuffed however notice that my weight has gone down by 1 pound. I am hoping to lose the flab of fat around my stomach and tack on some muscle. I am also looking into purchasing the classic stack from americell labs. Is it too much to soon doing the diet and the supps. at the same time? Thanks
