    2009 Mr. Olympia

Who will win the 2009 Mr. Olympia?

Dexter again? Can Jay win it after came in a little bit smooth two years in a row? Phil will make it this year? Can Victor bring 100% onto stage and take the title? Will Kai be a top3 contender this year? Or Wolf will fulfill his potential this year...?

    Let's see who's qualified yet:

    Michael Kefalianos, Australia
    Kai Greene, USA
    Victor Martinez, Dominican Republic
    Branch Warren, USA
    Silvio Samuel, Spain
    Moe Elmoussawi, New Zealand
    Hidetada Yamagishi, Japan
    Ahmad Haidar, Lebanon
    Ronny Rockel, Germany
    Martin Kjellstrom, Sweden
    Dexter Jackson, USA
    Jay Cutler, USA
    Phil Heath, USA
    Dennis Wolf, Germany
    Toney Freeman, USA
    Melvin Anthony, USA

    Thank you my friend!

But anyway here're my picks for the this years Mr. Olympia top6...

If I just see the physiques I would like to see this results:

    1. Phil Heath
    2. Dexter Jackson
    3. Kai Greene
    4. Victor Martinez
    5. Dennis Wolf
    6. Jay Cutler

But I think finally probably this will be the result:

1-2. Phil Heath or Dexter Jackson
    3. Jay Cutler
    4. Victor Martinez
    5. Kai Greene
    6. Dennis Wolf

    What do you think guys?

Pretty tough line up this year, it will be hard to call this one in advace IMO.

The judges have no doubt shown the past few years that it's anyones game and that's a good thing.

One things for sure, if Kai can pull off the conditioning he had at the Arnold, he will be very tough to beat!

it is a tough one but i have a feeling victor is taking this one. he looked great at the arnold and if he can come in that ripped again with a few more lbs i think he will be very hard to beat

Was just online looking at ticket/travel prices today. Not sure if I would ever buy night show tickets again. The Expo will be the best $15 you drop all weekend there.

no fun unless you get the whole experience in my opinion though....we splurged and went all out VIP at the arnold last year and it was the best time i've had in my life....really wanna do it again.

I did that a few years ago and not sure the night show was worth $400 for 2 tickets. I may do the prejudging as I find that the best part of most shows.

I would really like to go to the Arnold's next year. I have never been, it always seems crazy.
