Ms. International: 

When prejudging came to a close the top spot was still at question. Many times after prejudging comes to a close it’s easy to pick out the winner, but these woman kept it neck and neck. As the night show narrowed it down to a top 6.

Betty Adkins: One of the better overall packages on stage today, she seemed to be just a little to smooth to run up the ladder and place a little higher.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dayana Cadeau: Some of the best shoulders on stage, a fabulous quad sweep and a perfect back width to thickness ratio, Dayana made her presence known quite easily today. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heather Armburst: Heather hit the stage hard with some of the most powerful guns on the market and simply great detail throughout. With some of the tightest hams on stage and a very pretty smile, she was on top of her game for this year’s ASC. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia: When the awards were passed out, the crowd seemed to agree with most of the placings, but it was Yaxeni’s final resting place on the stage that sent the crowd into an uproar. With her 3^rd place finish it is easy to argue she could have moved one spot higher, maybe even to the top spot itself, but it did not belong to her today. Yaxeni’s conditioning was among the best, the separation in her legs, the amazing back detail coupled with some of the best arms and smile on stage, easily made her a fan favorite today; but it wasn’t to be.  

 

 

 

 

 

Debi Laszewski: One of the sexiest female bodybuilders alive, Debi brought a conditioned package that could easily be deemed perfect to the ASC today. The tightest glutes on stage at this year’s ASC, Debi looked fantastic at prejudging and managed somehow to improve on her package even more by the time the night show came around. She came mighty close to the overall spot, but on this night it would belong to another.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Iris Kyle: 2009 ASC Ms. International and deservedly so. Iris dominated the stage with her fluid perfect posing and phenomenal back that popped out from edge to edge! Iris was without question flawless on this day in every way, and the judges rewarded her for all the hard work! 

Fitness International: 

At the close of prejudging the best of the best completed their first 3 rounds. Regiane Da Silva, Jen Hendershott, Julie Palmer and Tracy Greenwood seemed to have the early stages wrapped up, but keep in mind when we’re talking about fitness there is the crucial night show routine that can make or break any competitor.

Shannon Meteraud: Shannon showed up today with a very precisely detailed physique. Her routine was strong but it lacked the flair to propel her higher up the food chain. One thing is for certain, the outfit she wore during her routine with the top that had the word “MILF” it would be hard for anyone to argue this! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tina Durkin: Making her 2^nd appearance at the ASC, Tina brought one of the better packages to the stage. When it comes to the dancing aspect of a fitness routine she had this down pat. She flowed on stage as loose, limber and sexy as any girl on that stage ever has! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Regiane Da Silva: A perfect package from physique to routine, Regiane represented what a fitness pro is supposed to be. Perhaps the strongest routine of the night, made up of pure athleticism, unreal energy and simply pure sexy, the German wonder put on a spectacular show! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tracy Greenwood: When it comes to conditioning and muscularity on a fitness pro, only one word needs to be said when talking about Tracy today…Perfect! A veteran to the ASC stage, Tracy made a strong finish with her 8^th appearance.  Perfect routine, a perfect smile, Tracy did quite well for herself. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Julie Palmer: Julie brought a package that is as close to perfect as can be. A crowd favorite, Julie brought forth unreal strength to a flowing flawless routine. It was almost enough, and you would think almost perfect would be; but tonight there was one more who stood in her way. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jen Hendershott: An icon in the fitness world, Jen brought home her second Fitness International and she did so with a style that is purely Jen’s! This is a competitor who hits the stage sharp every single time, but somehow she managed to take it beyond what we’re used to seeing; and that’s not easy to do. Jen finished the day with the most perfectly choreographed routine on stage at this year’s ASC and without question one of the most unique, which should come as no surprise to anyone who has followed this competitor’s career. At the end of her award winning routine, Jen took center stage with a box of chocolates popping them in her mouth as the song “Let’s Get it On” played for an ecstatic crowd…and you better believe, that’s exactly what she did…let there be no room for doubt, Jen Hendershott got it on in a big way tonight!  

 

 

 

 

Figure International: 

The IFBB figure pro’s who hit the stage today brought out some of the best female physiques our planet has to offer. At the close of prejudging it was very apparent how the night would end. Although it was not as close as the fitness and bodybuilding finals were, it was still a spectacular display!

Monica Brant: When it comes to health and fitness, this woman’s name is synonymous with the two. One of the best physiques of all time, Monica brought a hard tight package to the stage at this year’s ASC just as expected. She had a lot of stiff competition in her way today and many in the crowd were in strong disagreement to her final placing, but Monica showed class though it all just as she does every single time! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Felicia Romero: One of the tighter physiques on stage today, Felicia brought her beautiful smile to the forefront of what is considered by many to be the pinnacle of figure perfection! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kristal Richardson: Kristal brought one of the best flowing packages to the stage today. Symmetrical as symmetrical can be, she climbed way up the ladder today with her top 5 finish. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Amy Fry: Finding herself in a familiar place again with her 3^rd place finish, Amy brought her tall sexy physique to the stage at the ASC in perfect fashion. Tight from head to toe from front to back, Amy fought off her competitors hard today and finished quite well. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gina Aliotti: Many had Gina in 1^st place taking the overall after prejudging and this may have been the biggest surprise of the night. She was shooting for her second ASC title in a row, and it seemed like she had it in the bag, but there was one girl in her way that was just a little bit better. There is no question, Gina brought perfection to the stage today, and it would be hard to imagine that her package could have been any better, but it just wasn’t enough. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zavile Raudoniene: All the way from Lithuania, if other girls had perfect physiques on stage today, the one she carried was more than perfect. No doubt a pretty face among pretty faces, Zavile took the ASC title with humility and grace befitting a true champion. It was hard to find one flaw on this woman tonight and she undoubtedly earned the title of Ms. Figure International. If she can keep this up, and I’m sure she can, this young competitor will have a very bright future ahead of her! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As we close the day on the IFBB women’s competition it is safe to say it’s been one of the best the ASC has ever seen. Every girl in all 3 categories represented the best of the best, and the best was what we got! If the men plan on showing up half as strong as these women did today, let me tell you, they have their work cut out for them, and then some!
