What motivates you to lead a lifestyle that is healthy and active?
Lost of different things!!! I would say the way leading a healthy lifestyle and being active positively affects other aspects of my life continually motivates me. When I’m healthy and active, my entire life seems to flow in a more positive direction and I just feel better, healthier, more vibrant, more alive…and that’s motivating!

Favorite cheat meal? : Ambrosia salad and pasta

What do you do for a living…when you get a break from the gym..lol?
I’m a sales rep for a supplement company called Body Plus and am an Interactive sponsored athlete

Do you find it hard to date and/or be married when training for shows or when you lead a super healthy lifestyle?
Not at all! My boyfriend is very supportive and competes as well, so he understands why I make the choices I do. It’s all about the choices we make, balance and not letting our decisions affect those around us

What goals do you want to achieve in the fitness industry?
Being able to inspire and motivate others to lead a healthier lifestyle as well as help others discover the positive ways healthy living can affect you. And of course, compete in the Olympia!!

What do you think is your best feature or bodypart? : My back or my hamstrings
