What motivates you to lead a lifestyle that is healthy and active?
I want to live a long, full, and energetic life- while inspiring others of the possibility to do the same. There is nothing more gratifying than inspiring positive change.

Favorite cheat meal? : Hmmmm…. My all-time fav is warm Pumpkin-cheesecake topped with vanilla bean ice

What do you do for a living…when you get a break from the gym..lol?
When is that? LOL! I am a personal trainer and spend quite a bit of time in the gym- but enjoy doing almost anything OUTSIDE in the sun.

Do you find it hard to date and/or be married when training for shows or when you lead a super healthy lifestyle?
ABSOLUTELY!!!! My next relationship is going to have to be with a great guy that is happy with training hard, eating clean, and can understand the rigors of prep.

What goals do you want to achieve in the fitness industry?
I would like to earn an IFBB Pro-card in the immediate future while expanding my personal training business and gaining additional exposure through physique modeling.

What do you think is your best feature or bodypart? : My best feature is my back (without a doubt).-
