What motivates you to lead a lifestyle that is healthy and active?
I have always been a very active person, and love being healthy and getting into the gym, or out hiking or anything active, I feel like it gives me a better sense of myself especially after getting the high of working out and feeling better about yourself.
Favorite cheat meal? : SUSHI!
What do you do for a living…when you get a break from the gym..lol?
Currently Contract Administrator for a construction company
Do you find it hard to date and/or be married when training for shows or when you lead a super healthy lifestyle?
No, it was actually my boyfriend who wanted me to give it a go in competing he saw the potential in me, plus he just couldn’t keep me out of the gym and he tends to join me there, the only downside is when I’m eating fish and he’s eating a slice of pizza… grr!
What goals do you want to achieve in the fitness industry?
Maybe/hopefully one day go pro, but I really just enjoy getting up on stage and showing off all your hard work and also to really see what you can do with your body with proper diet and exercise.
What do you think is your best feature or bodypart? : Hmm… my abs, but I’m hoping one day it would be my shoulders

Well at the moment Felicia for pushing me and getting me back into the gym, and feeling better about myself! And my family for always supporting me and being at every one of my shows and sometimes embarrassingly enough with signs!
