Contest History: First competition was the Bluffs Classic in October of 2006. I got 3rd in the figure medium class. NPC Jr. California Figure & Bodybuilding Championships: placed 1st in Class B and 1st Overall figure open June of 2008.
What motivates you to lead a lifestyle that is healthy and active?
Motivation, hmm… what does keep me motivated? Being able to say “I left it all in the gym” the day of the show, keeps me motivated during my contest prep. I often watch the biggest loser and get instantly inspired. To see theses people make drastic life changes and see how bad some of them are wanting to achieve their goals, makes me want to go get my pump on! Setting deadlines and goals really works well for me. I started lining up photo shoots throughout the year to keep myself focused and little rewards along the way.
Favorite cheat meal? : My favorite cheat meal is frosted sugar cookies! I love them so much, I begged m
What do you do for a living…when you get a break from the gym..lol?
When I’m not at the gym, I'm at the office. I’m a National Sales Executive for American Cellular Labs. I love talking to the different store & gym owners across the country that share the same passion that I do for any & everything fitness.
Do you find it hard to date and/or be married when training for shows or when you lead a super healthy lifestyle?
Oh YES! I’m not really sure what it is, my guy friends tell me I’m “intimidating” and that’s why I don’t get approached. I will never understand! I was dating someone during my first contest prep and it was very difficult. You need to have someone that’s supportive to be able to be at your best. Support systems are huge in this sport. Although it is an individual sport, you still need to have people there to keep you going when you are out of energy! Its hard to find someone that understands why I’m eating egg whites with cinnamon & splenda at 10 o’clock on a Saturday night!
What goals do you want to achieve in the fitness industry?
I really just compete as a hobby. I do it for myself to not only prove the ones that doubt me, but to prove it to myself. I have this image of myself the exact way I want to look in my head and that’s what really drives me. Its just a passion I cannot shake! I do everything around this industry. Its my career and my hobby. I just simply love everything this industry is about!
What do you think is your best feature or bodypart? : Back has got to be up there on my “favorite body part” list! I enjoy training it

I would love to thank my family & of course friends that believe and support me. A huge thanks & my continued gratification to Gina Aliotti, my trainer & nutritionist, without her I wouldn’t have completed that last contest prep!
