Sit-ups. Even if you do some for a couple minutes a few times daily, it will really help tone your body. And stretching is the greatest exercise of all. As long as you stretch daily, your body will improve overall. And the best thing about stretching is you can be creative. Just stretch your body any different way possible, and this will improve the muscles in your body.
So yea I would say do a cardio orientated work out in the morning, maybe do some light weight reps with dumbells or something if you want to work on arm strength.
