how often do you change up your workout routine?
mine's not on here so i chose 3-6 weeks, but my routines are not changed on a strict time schedule but rather by how my body is reacting, if i start plateauing or lacking in a certain area i will change my routine to reflect that

I usually stick with a program for 8-12 weeks, as long as there are some light weeks built in there to prevent overtraining.

I change every 6 weeks but always retain some basic movement...
by routine i don't know to what exactly we're referring....if we're referring to exact workouts for a bodypart then i never do the same one 2 weeks in a row.....always changing things....as for bodypart split...that's been the same for me for years
Not nearly as much as I should. Its hard with my current workout partner, he is getting better about lifting properly but is still a work in progress.
