hi everyone.im 178 cm n about 65 kg.im quite thin but i have a man boobs(pointy tits).after hering sove advice im doing my cadio(jogging) in the morning and going to the gym(begineer( in the afternoon(3-5).the reason im doing my cardio everyday because i want to get rid of my man boobs.but by doing this imgetting thinner,i was 72 then i became 67 and now im 65.this all happens inn around 2 months time.i dont wanna be more thinner ,i want to bulk my my sel(this is the reason im going 2 the gym).but i fear if i stop doing my cardio my man boobs(pointy naipples)wont disapper.shall i take any protein powder or some pills.pls help me im damn worried.tq.
