I am a 42yr old 4'9 mother of 2 and grandma of 1. Now that my babies are out the house and I divorced the verbally abusive husband its time for me to pursue my dream of entering figure world.

Today is day 26 of my journey from flab to fab and 20 weeks out from my 1st figure competition in september.

Today's workouts are 6am cardio then at 12pm legs, back and abs

Food menu today medium carb day (I am carb cycling )
7am m1 7 boiled egg whites 1/3 cup oatmeal 2 tbsp of flaxseed
10am m2 4oz tuna 1 cup spinach
1pm m3 4oz grilled chicken breast 1 cup spinach
4pm m4 protein powder shake mixed w/water 2 tbsp of flaxseed
7pm m5 4oz grilled chicken breast 4oz sweet potato
drink 1 gallon of water
