Hey everyone,
I just need some advice on how long I should stay on my diet and if I need to change it anytime soon. I am currently stacking with Cellmass and N.O. Xplode and I have been following the beginner diet program. I started the begginer's diet and taking these supplements exaclty 7 weeks ago. Before I started, I was a needle, but now I have some serious mass. When I started I weighed 185 lbs. Now I weigh 195 lbs. Do you think I should continue my diet and taking the supplements? If not, what should I change? If I continue the diet and taking the supplements and following the intermediate workout (which I have been doing) would I continue to add more muscle or would I just get chunky?
