i have 15 week offseason, where i want to have gain as much ripped mass as possible.
i ahve read the training programs on this site, but i was wanting some of your opinion/ advice.

should i train every day(totally slpit/ isolate my routine) or should i train every second but alot more intense sessions, ie, monday -back & bies or monday back, thurday arms etc ???

or should i train, monday- heavy chest/light back, tuesday-legs, thursday heavy bies light tries, sat heavy back/ligth chest

ps
for back routine is there any point of doing widegrips and lat pull down in the same session, or bent rows and low row in same session???



no rush for responses, appreciate any advice training or supplements, links to sites etc.
