    15 week cycle

    hi
    i have 15 weeks untill i want to acheive as much ripped mass as possible without taking roids

    i have had couple of years experience in gym, 85 kgs, 5ft11inch, 10-12% bf

    i was thinking 8-10 weeks bulking 5-6 weeks shredding?

    i was thinking amino acids? whats the best one i can get?

    was thinking mass creatine(cell tech) or something? and then a leaner creatine? closer to the goal?

    was thinking mass gain? and a slow release for night time?

    and also how often should i train my arms? sets rep ?

    any help would be much apreciated!

    CellTech and stuff like that is a waste of money IMO. Yes it will put weight on you, it's packed full of sugar, it has 75g per serving, that's the equivalent of close to 3 Snickers bars. If you want to use creatine, you're much better off taking something that doesn't have all that added sugar...plus it will be cheaper on your pocket.

    Amino's they want hurt anything but they're nothing magical either...at least not supplementing with them. ALR seems to have a good product. IMO, you can get most of what you need with food and that should be your biggest concern anyway.

    for your creatine product, i would NOT run with cell tech. take a look at gaspari's SizeOn; it works

    i have seen bad reveiws for "size on" especially in terms of strength gains have you used it your self?

    I agree with justin..... sorry for the late reply BTW.

    I would try and do a full 15 week clean bulk as far as diet goes. Make sure you do some cardio but eat A LOT of clean foods.

    DON'T USE CELLTECH - that crap has too much sugar in it - as was stated above. I would maybe use an NO2 suppliment and BCAA's (branched chain amino acids) Don't waste your money on anything else..... other than protein powder
