i have 15 weeks untill i want to acheive as much ripped mass as possible without taking roids

i have had couple of years experience in gym, 85 kgs, 5ft11inch, 10-12% bf

i was thinking 8-10 weeks bulking 5-6 weeks shredding?

i was thinking amino acids? whats the best one i can get?

was thinking mass creatine(cell tech) or something? and then a leaner creatine? closer to the goal?

was thinking mass gain? and a slow release for night time?

and also how often should i train my arms? sets rep ?

any help would be much apreciated!
