    Looking for a home

    My name's Vinny. I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. Not into the pro scene yet but looking forward working toward that goal. I think I'm going to go into either the strongman circuit or possibly bodybuilding, I'm not sure yet.

    I would like to get some input from as many of you more experienced individuals out there as possible. I've been into lifting/bodybuilding since high school. I'm currently in the best muscular shape ever. It's not as great as all of you, but I figure I hafta start somewhere. Can I get some input from you guys just from the "tale of the tape" I have going currently?

    Chest 55"
    biceps 18.5"
    quads 26"
    forearms 13.5"
    calves 14"

    BMI 35% (I know it sucks. I wanted to bulk up a little before I hit the fat loss HARD)

    Bench 250+
    Squat 300+
    Deadlift400+
    BB Curl 100+

    I know I need tremendous back work as I'm lacking there. I also need to work on my delts/traps quite a bit. Aside from losing a body in fat...lol

    Right now I tip in at 280. My goal is to get down to at least 225. I have a looooooooooooooooong road ahead of me and I guess I was just looking for some direction and encouragement because I've hit one of my plateaus.

    Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
