I am prepping for a bodybuilding show in 3 weeks. I am looking for advice on diet and when to eat... I usually wake up around 5:30 to go for a walk, hit the gym by 8, and some light cardio after that. I am usually back from the gym by noon... When should I be eating breakfast, and where do i add in the pre and post work out shakes, what time should I be eating lunch, etc... I'm just looking for any advice on here... Thanks
