chicken breast has double that, and we're talking about 3 1/2 oz of it, not even the full breast lol

ive been getting this when i do flat bench, i been going super heavy too so i see thats when everyone else is getting them
kinda scary though, i know when people get strokes they dont even see it...
again, very simple logical stuff, but so hard to accept at 1st, bc you have to change your whole way of looking at your workouts
in my experience, it was hard to accept, but once i did, it opened...
this seems so simple but so hard accept and understand if itss your 1st comp diet :(

i hate that they dont like to see definition in the legs or abs or i dont know what, i feel the point of dieting and working your ass off to be on stage is to look killer, not like somone who is fit...
