TURKEY BURGERS
2 lbs. ground turkey breast
1 ?2 tomatoes, diced
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1/2 cup diced white onion
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Separate into 8 patties. Grill or bake until insides are no longer pink.
Makes 8 servings. 170 cals. 5g fat. 29g protein. 2g carbs. per serving.
