I only have probs if I dont drink enough water. I have wheat, gluten allergies so I have to be careful what fibre I eat. Spelt bread is also good for me, doesn't bloat me either.
Oils oils oils..
If i get enough fish oils i'm fine..
fiber from real foods, and all that comes from that..
Coffee in the morning with set up the system (autonomic: 10th cranial) to want to go. 1/3 cup of high fiber cereal in the morning - no milk( i like Kashi Go Lean Crunch) and finally a tablespoon of oil with at least three of your meals ( i use olive oil and Udo's Oil every frikin day) healthy fats and slick 50 for constipation. 1 cup of green leafy veggies (raw spinach or organic salad mix) with at least three meals is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. At least a gallon of H2O a day. The above should leave you in the zone for carbs on high protein / keto diet. If this doesn't work see you primary care provider, something is very wrong.

i dont know if anyone touched on this....
i take in 1 table spoon of sugar free metamucil with each whey shake daily........3x a day.
i am 7 weeks out from the ny pro 202, and dave palumbo does my diet.
i only eat protein and fats......green salad 2x daily
i dont mean to be gross, but i take 3 huge dumps daily.
