this looks like a good place to hang out. i have done two local bodybuilding shows and two deadlift competitions but in 3 months is my first bench press competition. my current routine is training a different muscle group each day of the week. tuesday is my bench press day and i am using a rest-pause program trying to bring up my one rep max. i think my bench sucks but i have to try. hoping to learn something here and make some friends.
