Incline Dumbell Press 4x6-8
Bench Press 4x6-8
Flyes 3x15
Weighted Dips 3x12-15

Hello,
I am 43 years old and currently benching 370 lbs.
With proper diet (eat like a horse) and consistent
work outs with low reps and heavy weight that you
can lift for about 5 reps for no more than 3 or 4 sets
with a wider grip than most people use on the bar will
increase your bench press. Also, when you get done with
your bench do maybe 1 or 2 sets at the end consisting of
what some people call "stops" or "pauses". Use a weight
you can bring to your chest and either stop or pause for about
1 or 2 seconds then pressing back up and rack. Remember not to
bounce off your chest and use controlled steady form with no
momentum. Keep your feet wide and and fleet on the floor.
Good luck! and enjoy when you are in the gym and working out
with 3 plates!
