Hey Quincy I got a question about upper chest. What ways have you found that really hit the upper chest good. It seem that all I do is incline DB or BB and also incline flys and my upper chest still isnt responding anything you have done that you feel really hits them good?
Great question, it is all in the elbows. Your elbows should stay at shoulder level with arms fully extended out to your side. Really look at yourself and be sure not to drop your elbow, lighten the weight. The ELBOW MUST STAY STRAIGHT. Bring the weight down to your chin with the straight bar and not your chest. Check out my video Taylor Made on my website; I talk about these things in great detail as well as provides instructional video coverage. The key is the elbow, play around with it..you will feel it.
