Seeking information for best legal starter supplement + excercise routine
I am currently fit but seek to become stronger with small gains in size and or weight
personal note-I have tried creatine,whey proteins,no explode<both original and new formulas> and now no shotgun. And so far have liked creatine and original no explode.
Currently I run 2-3 miles regularly and since I am rarely able to get to a gym have to stick to pushups/pullups and dips .
I have tried reading various forums about various legal steroids or alternatives
and am looking for a reasonable and effective solution
