Hi peeps!
Hello guys.. i'm new here ..

just a little about myself.. i have 15yrs experience in bodybuilding and 10yrs of that upto the present been competing in local and national bodybuilding comps.. with all those experience i have learned a lot and meet many interesting people, however my learning doesnt end there and always open to new views and findings for more development.. perhaps you guys could help me with that.. in return i will also share mine
