Change my work out every 8 weeks from 5-7reps to 8-10 reps to 15-20 reps allso changeing the movements and excerises

Diet question for you: if our goal is lean weigh gain, what do you recommend on consuming before bed time? as far as shakes or foods. I have read in some places cottage cheese is good.
What have you found that works best for you? bulking stage and lean stage?
