    iv been lifing sice i was 17 im 20 now i life 5-6 times a week i v been eating about 4-6 times a day im 6,2 and 160-170 lbs

    how long to take it and how long to be off of it is it safe at my age im 20

    Most people will run tren at 50mg-100mg ed or eod. 6-8wks per run is normal, it can be run for up to 12wks safely but this should be reserved for more experianced users.

    50mg/eod of legit quality tren, you should notice a huge difference. Tren isn't faked too often, it's too cheap to make legit tren and not really worth faking, however, dirty UG's still underdose it like crazy to make an extra buck.

    For a first time tren user, go with 50mg-75mg/eod for 6wks. Use Tren-a, not tren-e. This way if you have any problems you'll be able to stop usage and it will be out of your system in a matter of days since the tren-a has a faster acting ester attached then tren-e.

    If you run tren, you will be best served to not run it alone. Tren can in most cases shut you down very hard, i.e. you will have no sex drive, your natural test production will be nada. Most guys need to run at least a low dose of test coupled with their tren or at least a good solid regement of proviron. There are exceptions, there are guys who some how seem to be able to run tren alone, but they make up less then 1% of the tren using population.

    As for your age, you are pretty young to be using AAS. I wouldn't recommend it, not unless you're an aspiring pro who already has a ton of size and your lively hood depends on it. Most guys are best served to wait until they're around at least 25yrs old before they start AAS. But many don't wait so if this is you at least do it the right way.

    I'd suggest that you are over training 5-6 days a week.. I can do that and still make gains but i have to be on cycle, otherwise you are really asking for injury and no growth, just a damaged CNS (central nervous system)

    That really depends on the person, how well they recover in the first place, what their diet looks like, what type of training protocol they're following, etc.

    Someone who is natural can train 5-6 days a wk and make very good progress. No, they shouldn't be training with extremely high volume, and like anyone, AAS user or not, they need to know how to listen to their body, rather they "Have" to listen to their body.

    i dont think im over training and im eating good i just see good progres a lil but not a lot i dont know if i want to take aas yet but i was just looking in to it be for i do or if i do and the tren i was looking at was (tren75) i do know to much about aas but i dont want to spend a lot of money on something thats fake how can u tell if its fake or good thanks
