There will be forums related to everything bodybuilding...if you can think of it there will be one. This is not simply a S&H site, not by any means. In fact we'd like for that to be well understood.

This is a site and message board about bodybuilding and everything that entails and from all walks of life that enjoy, follow and or participate in the sport.

I have been around, in and out of the boards. Just real busy at work, so all I do is work, train, couple hours with the family and sleep.
