Track your Daily Food Intake!!!

Personally when cutting I use www.thedailyplate.com to track what I've been eating...it helps me make sure I've eaten enough calories for the day and it's significantly easier than adding it up by hand...

    Also,

I don't realize use it when bulking...it's basically a great tool for cutting (for me)...

I use FitDay Free Calorie Counter and Diet Journal. I used Physique Transformation about eight years back and they are really great for a pay site.

I started logging my info on thedailyplate.com

I always knew i wasn't getting enough calories but seeing the
numbers really makes you get your act together.

I'm still coming up short with the # of calories I'm suppose
to have to gain but i'm getting closer.

    thanx!
