I was hoping someone on here could help me figure out what the best way for a vegetarian to put on muscle mass is, Im 5'8" and between 160 and 165 and I am looking to gain 10 to 15 lbs
I do eat eggs and dairy and i lift 3 or 4 days a week

Check the ProBodybuilding.com diet programs. You can sub in eggs and protien powder for where it says chicken, fish or steak...follow the rest the same.

I have similar stats to you and am a vegetarian on a bulking diet. I've posted what I'm eating in that thread.
