ABOUT ME

I'm a Corrections Officer for the State of Hawaii. I'm also an NPC national level competitor. For the past 10 years I've just been competing at National Qualifiers (state level shows). 2007 I did the Nationals and that was a big wake up call for me! This year I feel I'm ready to mix it up with the big boys. Hopefully a pro card is in my future!

right now the big think i need help with is my diet....also a little bit of how offten i should be woring out and how much is too much....i just dont think what i am doing is working for me
