Most people associate resistance training with Olympic weightlifters, power lifters and bodybuilders. However,
anyone can benifit from resistance training. In fact, the room for improvement in muscle stength, endurance
and body composition (increased muscle mass and loss of body fat) is far greater in relatively unfit individuals
than in trained athletes.
