Got my report date and new Ipod

Hey every one, well the past two days I have had off from work. Yesterday I got my report date for the Police job In Bragg!. Im sooo excited yet nervous!!! Ive been working towards this for so long since High School. Now its here it hasent hit home yet but Its comming especially when I swear in as an official officer of the law. I want to be a officer that people respect and change the out look of police. But I want to get the job done. Ive been watching all my police shows getting in the zone! Im down loading music to my I pod to pump up the blood even more. Also I have to report Monday the 14th so this comming Thursday is my last day and I have to start looking for an Apt I have a few in mind but not quite positive they always look better in pics than in person. It must have a 24 hour gym with the basics so that incase I miss a work out and the gym is closed I have that to fall on! It will also come in handy if Im doing 12 hour shifts and only have 4 extra hours a day till I go to bed.. Im so ready but so nervous........

guys i start my cycle that i write here..i got my all gear from they deliver me all in only 7 days so today its my first shot...i will write all the time how i am gaining muscles and weights...will post some pics later too...thanks for everything..if you got any suggest,please write me.

Working out with weights is a progression that will never cease to amaze me. With that said. I want to thank all the people who helped me learn that with the right program and methods that having a healthy and fit body is possible. I believe that anything worthwhile is possible with kindness support, and encouragement.

Im sure we all know the scenario҅I think that its worth repeating҅remember that any exercise or workout program is intended for individuals who are in excellent health. Prior to starting any exercise or workout program, it is important to attain the consent and advice of your doctor and at all times familiarize yourself with the exercises before beginning any workout program.

Great Fitness is Forever.

When embarking on a workout or fitness voyage, I believe that you realize the magnificent machine that your body is. At least that is the way it was for myself. To decide to be fit is to desire to make an attractive body part of your life. Though every lifestyle has its own idea of beauty, one characteristic all people share is that they are concerned about the way they look and feel. This is a healthy attribute ItŒs important to be pleased with the way your body looks and feels, because how you feel about your body mirrors how you feel about yourself. For myself lifting weights has helped me to learn to love every component of my body. Working out can tighten your muscles and dispose of all the loose, sagging flabby fat incredibly fast. And once that begins to occur youll find that you start to feel great about everything! However keep in mind itђs up to you you have got to take accountability օnobody can modify your life but you can adjust the way you think and feel about it. If you focus on what you are doing ..you will get incredible results. I know this not only because it happened to me, but also becauseօit is science and happens to other people as well. Being fit can alter your life in positive ways. And I believe that something that can do this should be sharedThis is why I am so passionate about it. And when you notice and experience the difference in your body, you will too.

SO IVE BEEN DIETING FOR 3WEEKS AND IM STARTING TO GET ANGRY!!!!! IM HOLDING ONTO MORE WATER THAN I EVER HAVE AND IM UNSURE OF WHY,... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! I Guess Ill Have Re Evaluate,. If anyone has any suggestions let me kno., I NEED TO BE LEAN SHREDDED AND 6-7%BF IN 2MONTHS!!!!!!!

hello all...i am new here...i think to start new mass cycle and i need some help..i am not newbie...already did over 10 cycles..i am 210lbs now..but want to be 240lbs and then cut it on 220...

i got some gear...i got:

2 x 10ml decabolic asia pharma 200mg/ml

2 x 10ml cypiobolic asia pharma 200mg/ml

also got 2 boxes arimdiex, 3 x 5000iu hcg ...also 40 tabs clomids


how its best to take it guys?
