Posted December 17, 2009 by missflexgr

So as we all know I have a PT test to pass the standards now are 19 push ups in 2 minuets No Problem! Then the run is a mile and a half in 17:30 or less when I first started the test I was doing it in 19:58 then 19:28, and then 19:03. Tomarrow is another diagnostic test so Monday I scored the 19:03 tomarrow I kinda cant wait to see what I can do. Ive seen such major improvements already in my running. Like at first I walked some! Now I dont walk at all I just keep trotting along. I also feel more powerfull when I run too and seeing these changes is impowerment to me and making me fall in love with running all over again!!! Stay Tuned

No this blog is not an ad or spam, trying to put somethingof benefit out for others. Imerely want to share something with all of you that I feel would be of true benefit to all who want to get bigger, stronger, leaner, etc...

I have been competing as a bodybuilder on the NPC National level for a very long time. Over the years I have tried many different products and have worked with many different companies. By far I do feel I have found a company that puts out TOP end products and who will stand behind their products with incredible customer service like no other I have ever dealt with. Who am I talking about? Need To Build Muscle. I came across this company about a year ago and actually started using many of his products after my last show which was the NPC Masters Nationals this past July. My first cycle a 4 week cycle I took 2 weeks after my show. My strength gains and size gains were absolutely beyonebelief for something that is over the counter. I have also put many of my clients both men and women on different combinations of his productswith very good results.

There really are few companies I would recommend and put my name behind but Need To Build Muscle is a company I truly feel everyone should check out. They have products for anyone and everyone depending on what you are looking to accomplish.

Further, I would like to thank Need To Build Muscle as this is one of the few companies in all the years I have been competing that has truly stood behind me and backed me both in sponsorship and support while I have been preping for my shows and meets.

If any of you have any questions at all about this company or their products, Please do not hesitate to ask me, but in the mean time check them out at

Also, they have a product called Better Protein Bars. This comes in a bag, it is a dry mix that takes 10 minutes max to make, there is no baking involved and makes really awesome protein bars, with no additives or preservatives. They are great.

Alot has changed since my last post here so lets give one quick update.

I am 25 years old now as of 9/5/09. I finished grad school August 30th so now my MS is in hand, school is done for ever and I now look for that first major real career! I have about 20 applications out right now at Universities all over the USA in several different domains.

I still work part time at a big commercial gym in Madison WI with my clients (which is down to 5 now after some relocations and medical matters with clients). But its fine as I see it since I myself will likely be moving on out for a job some time soon as well.

I switched to powerlifting just after my 25th birthday at the suggestion of some close friends of mine and my own personal feelings about bbbing, at least right now and my progress with that. So things have been really fun this past 6 weeks having now adopted powerlifting goals and training means. I love it!

Things seem slow right now with school done, internships over and just 5 clients to train every week besides I wait day by day for the phone to ring for job interview set ups which is a little slow right now but anything helps!

Its just one of those deals where it feels odd to be back home with mom and dad at 25 years old even in my context of having just got done with college. (alot of good my internship site and college did at getting me job placement huh???)

Thats that folks, peace out!

First work out in a few days!

Well today I went to the gym today first time in a few days. I just did my mile and half run and then walked the other half. Man I sweated like I dont know what I think I was retaining water or something. Well I also took 14 seconds off my run time making it a 21:46 Mile and half I varried between 4.0-4.3 speed but steady at 4.1 mostly. I know as the weight comes off it will get easier because I used to be such a religous runner in my skinny days. I just gotta work back up to the fitness level again.... Well tomarrow Ill weight in because my system has been cleaned out I think lol.. No extra weight.
