300 workout

Just finished 6 weeks of the 300 workout. Best time was 20 min and 15 sec. 300 workout consist of 25 pull ups, 50 deadlifts @ 135, 50 push ups, 50 box jumps using a 24' box, 50 floor wipers holding 135 lb BB, 25 DB clean N press @ 35 lbs ( per arm), 25 pull ups

I have been bodybuilding for 4 years, but with my 30's looming this year, decided to really get down to business. I am dieting down for 12 weeks, and will continue to follow a clean eating lifestyle. I also changed my training program because I wasn't lifting hard enough nor was I getting enough rest. I am currently in Week 5, so things are progressing and I should start to see some dramatic changes over the next 4 weeks.

Hey Every one im going for the big 300 club. My max at this time is 275 for 1 rep. I about 210 for body weight.So if anyone has words of importation it would help me for this milestone. Thanks Every one keep up the good work.
