I am a well known author, champion natural bodybuilder, personal trainer, former NPC judge and life coach with over 30 years of experience in the health, fitness, disease prevention, nutrition, anti aging fields.

I hold two science degrees from Rutgers Cal State University, along with two Masters Degrees (one in Science and the other a MBA in business/finance).
